WANDERMOTO FREE PRIZE DRAW — TERMS & CONDITIONS

1. Promoter

The promoter of this prize draw is WanderMoto, operated by sole trader Danielle [Surname], based in Hebden Bridge, West Yorkshire, UK (“the Promoter”).

2. Eligibility

2.1 The prize draw is open to residents of the United Kingdom aged 18 or over.

2.2 Entrants must hold a full, valid motorcycle licence appropriate for the tour they choose.

2.3 Entrants must be able to provide their own roadworthy motorcycle, insurance, and riding gear.

2.4 Employees, contractors, or close family members of the Promoter are not eligible to enter.

2.5 By entering, you confirm that you meet all eligibility requirements.

3. How to Enter

3.1 Entry to this prize draw is free. No purchase is necessary.

3.2 There are two entry routes:

A. Free Entry Route

Complete the free entry form available at:  https://forms.cloud.microsoft/e/dCyfUDPhCA 

B. Optional £1 Paid Entry Route

Make a £1 payment via PayPal using the link provided and complete the paid entry form. Paid entries are entirely optional and do not increase your chances of winning.

3.3 Both entry routes give exactly the same chance of winning.

3.4 Entrants may submit multiple entries. Each completed form counts as one entry.

3.5 Entries that are incomplete, illegible, or submitted after the closing date will not be accepted.

4. Opening and Closing Dates

4.1 The prize draw opens on 1 June 2026 at 09:00 (BST).

4.2 The prize draw closes on 28 June 2026 at 12:00 noon (BST).

4.3 Entries received outside these dates will not be included.

5. The Prize

5.1 The prize is one place on any WanderMoto motorcycle tour taking place before 31 December 2027.

5.2 The prize value varies depending on the tour selected and ranges from approximately £1100 to £3000.

5.3 The prize includes:

· Accommodation for the duration of the chosen tour

· Professional guiding

· Route planning and tour support

5.4 The prize does not include:

· Fuel

· Meals

· Travel to/from the tour start point

· Motorcycle hire

· Insurance

· Personal expenses

5.5 The prize is non-transferable, non-refundable, and cannot be exchanged for cash or credit.

5.6 The winner must meet all tour requirements, including licence, insurance, and motorcycle suitability.

6. Winner Selection

6.1 The winner will be chosen at random from all valid entries using a computerised random selection method.

6.2 The draw will take place on 28 June 2026 and will be recorded for transparency.

6.3 The Promoter’s decision is final and no correspondence will be entered into.

7. Winner Notification

7.1 The winner will be contacted via the email address provided within 48 hours of the draw.

7.2 The winner must respond within 72 hours to claim the prize.

7.3 If the winner does not respond within 72 hours, the Promoter reserves the right to select an alternative winner.

7.4 The winner may be asked for permission to share their first name and town for announcement purposes. Consent is optional.

8. Tour Booking Conditions

8.1 The winner must book their chosen tour directly with the Promoter.

8.2 All standard WanderMoto booking terms, conditions, and waivers apply.

8.3 If the winner is unable to attend their chosen tour, the prize cannot be transferred or rescheduled beyond 31 December 2027.

8.4 If a tour is cancelled by the Promoter, the winner may select an alternative tour within the prize validity period. 

9. Data Protection

9.1 Personal data provided during entry will be used solely for the administration of this prize draw.

9.2 Entrants may optionally consent to join the WanderMoto mailing list. This consent is not required to enter.

9.3 Personal data will be processed in accordance with UK GDPR and the Promoter’s Privacy Policy.

10. Limitation of Liability

10.1 The Promoter accepts no responsibility for:

· Lost, delayed, or incomplete entries

· Technical failures or website issues

· Incorrect information provided by entrants

10.2 The Promoter is not liable for any injury, loss, or damage arising from participation in the prize draw or attendance on the tour, except where caused by negligence.

11. Fairness and Legal Compliance

11.1 This promotion is a free prize draw and is not a lottery, betting, or gambling product.

11.2 The free entry route is prominently displayed and equally accessible to all entrants.

11.3 Paid entries do not confer any advantage or increased chance of winning.

12. Changes to the Promotion

12.1 The Promoter reserves the right to amend, suspend, or cancel the prize draw if necessary due to circumstances beyond their control.

12.2 Any changes will be communicated via the WanderMoto website.

13. Governing Law

13.1 These Terms & Conditions are governed by the laws of England and Wales.

13.2 Any disputes will be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of England and Wales.
